Josh was great from beginning to end by helping us replace our roof after some storm damage. He was referred by a family member and came to assess the damage in very short notice. He walked us through the whole process and helped us with every little detail for the insurance claim, paperwork, inspection, working with the adjustors, making sure we got everything we needed and more. And as a bonus he got us an upgrade to make it even better. The services were done promptly, professionally, and very fast. The cleanup was thorough and well done as well. I was uneasy at first using Viking Roofing. I mean after your whole neighborhood gets hit with hail, and having strange men ring your doorbell everyday about replacing your roof. You can see why I didn't trust anyone. It was My wife Actually answering the door for Corey from Viking Roofing that well pretty paved the way for our decision to go with them. He definitely made us feel at ease and walked us through the entire process. About the things that we were to expect happen with insurance and mortgage company. He was very communicative and answered all my questions. We also decided to add gutters to our house a service that they offered as well. Everything came out great.
