Once we bought our home we knew we needed a new roof soon~ we did the prerequisites getting 3 bids/estimates. They were all pretty close, however we decided to go with Viking Roofing. From the very start Josh was ez to work with prompt with answers to our questions also explaining what would happen and what to expect. We have 3 skylights (none leaking) however we did need one replaced, he offered to pick up our new one the day the roof would be replaced & deliver it for installation. The crew started promptly at 7am working like ants tearing off our existing roof (they did put some coverings down to protect some plants & furniture) after that installing the new boards, new shingles, checking the gutters and installing the new skylight & applying new materials around the other 2 skylight openings. The entire roof was completed in a day, was it noisy? Yes! Nothing horrible and it was expected but didn’t last to long. A glowing observation was how clean they left our driveway & yard!!! No nails, would scraps, flashing etc. has been found anywhere since they left!!!! We are new to Austin so working with a company that works out of DFW area might seem odd although Viking does work in the Austin area frequently we would happily call Josh @ Viking Roofing again should a hail storm come thru and damage our new roof.
