After a May hail storm left our neighborhood with totaled roofs we were inundated with roofers wanting to do repairs. We actually saw Viking roofing doing a roof replacement in our neighborhood and were impressed with their work and in particular the safety of their roofing team. We engaged Josh with Viking Roofing to handle our job and from start to finish it was seamless. Communication could not have been better and Josh went above and beyond to make sure working with insurance was flawless . Hopefully hail stays away for years but it is north Texas and if the need arises again we would not hesitate to call Viking Roofing to make needed repairs.

He even Suggested best possible solutions for the repairs which were in the budget . He coordinated everything with insurance company and made sure they honoured all the issues on the claim. I am a general contractor and have many roofing sub-contractors I use for a wide variety of roof types. I met Josh while Viking was Re-roofing a house on my block. I initially turned down his services due to my own favorites I have used in commercial building. After speaking with Josh later on, and getting to know him, I wanted to work with him. The process was effortless, Josh took care of everything, I literally made approvals and color selections. The crew was in and out in a mater of days, his interior repair crew was as good as it gets with water damaged ceilings, could not tell where the repairs were made. My husband and I experienced a severe large hailstorm that rolled through North Texas on March 14th. We decided to give Viking Roofing the opportunity to work with us in a massive project of replacing the roof, gutters, window screens and power washing and staining of the fence and window shutters.
